Returns & Exchanges*

*You have 14 days to exchange or return your items.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all Maison Tigiano labels.
The packaging is part of the product. 
We reserve the right not to accept a returnif the item shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
In this case, we could not issue a credit voucher or an exchange.
Unacceptable returns may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

I live in France and I would like to exchange

  1. Contact us via the “Need Help” chat

  2. Send us your order number and the size and/or you want in exchange as well as your postal address

  3. We will send you a shipping slip to return your product. Shipping costs are covered by Maison Tigiano.

  4. Place the package in theThe nearest post office to you

  5. As soon as we receive your package, we will send you the new products. You will receive an email notification at this time.

  4. Drop off the package with a transport operator.
